Your Terahertz Team Digital Card includes personalized contact info, videos, marketing images and a personal QR Code for your use in unlimited applications including business cards, flyers, brochures, email signatures and more. Also included is an iCon you can save to your phone for quick and easy sharing.

~~$69 first year including setup~~ and one year subscription. Thereafter, $49 per year until cancelled. Cancellation required at least 14 days prior to renewal.

Once you have completed this form you will complete your subscription by using one of the PayPal options. You DO NOT need a PayPal account. Just choose the third option and pay with any credit or debit card. You will receive your card withing 72 business hours.
